The Annual Fall meeting provides you with the latest in practice & osteopathic medicine education, presented through interesting speakers and topics. Additionally, our focus includes increasing public awareness of osteopathic medicine and its many benefits.
· To advocate for osteopathic medicine and public health
WVOMA follows issue s affecting osteopathic medicine at legislatory, regulatory, and licensure levels, and advocates for your practice of medicine and care for your patients.
· To network with others
Through meetings, conferences, and common interests, membership allows you to connect with other DOs, forming a community of osteopathic physicians.
· To encourage students & residents
Through the associations support, medical students and interns/residents are encouraged to choose West Virginia as their practice home.
